Clear terms make for smooth orders. This page summarises how we trade as a factory-direct manufacturer — from minimums and sampling to payment, lead times and quality. Full contractual terms are confirmed on your quotation and pro-forma invoice.
Orders, samples and approval
Orders begin with a quotation against your spec. For new products we produce a graded, sealed pre-production sample for written approval before bulk; bulk is then matched to that approved sample. Lab dips confirm colour before cutting.
Payment, lead time and delivery
Standard terms are a deposit to start production with the balance against shipping documents; specifics are stated on each pro-forma. Production runs typically 15–25 days after sample and lab-dip sign-off, plus freight per your chosen Incoterm — see shipping and freight.
Quality, IP and returns
Goods are inspected to an agreed AQL before dispatch. Your brand, artwork and designs remain entirely yours — we never resell private-label work. Claims for genuine manufacturing defects are handled fairly against the approved sample; we ask that issues are raised promptly on receipt.
