Embroidered Scrub Caps — Logo & Monogram Embroidery In-House

GoMedWear embroiders scrub caps on its own machines, in the same Sialkot factory where the caps are sewn. That one fact changes the economics and the quality control: there is no decorator’s margin stacked on a blank-cap price, and the embroidery is placed and tensioned on flat panels before final assembly where the design needs it — not forced through a finished cap.

Why embroidery for medical caps

Stitched thread survives what healthcare laundering does to garments. Hot commercial wash cycles that fade cheap prints leave embroidery intact, which is why hospitals and clinic groups standardise on embroidered branding for anything worn daily. It also reads as the premium option on a cap — raised, dimensional, and colour-fast.

What we embroider

• Logos: sent as PNG, JPG, PDF or vector; our team digitizes the stitch file and sends a mock-up for approval before anything runs.
• Monogram scrub caps: initials, names and credentials — RN, DDS, DVM — per cap, from a simple name list you send with the order. Run as graduating-class batches, team orders and per-staff practice programmes.
• Placement: front-centre, side, or back above the tie — one position is included, additional positions are quoted.
• Thread matching: thread colours matched to your brand palette against the cap fabric, approved on the physical sample.

On which caps

Any style we manufacture: unisex tie-back, bouffant, ponytail and pixie, in the full 30+ stock colour range or Pantone-matched custom shades — the same fabrics as our scrub sets, so embroidered caps can complete an existing uniform. For artwork with fine gradients or photographic detail, printing is the better route; for everything worn and washed hard, embroidery wins.

Ordering
