How to measure
- Bust / chest: around the fullest part, under the arms, tape level with the floor.
- Waist: around the narrowest part of the torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hip: around the fullest part of the seat, standing with feet together.
Keep the tape snug, not tight, and stand naturally. When a measurement falls between two sizes, size up for scrubs — they should move with you through a shift.
