Printed Scrub Caps — All-Over Sublimation, Patterns & Photo Prints

GoMedWear prints scrub caps in-house with sublimation, screen and DTF processes — on caps it manufactures itself, not on imported blanks. That is what makes true all-over printed caps possible: the fabric is printed as panels before the cap is sewn, so patterns run edge to edge with no blank seams and no cracked ink on the fold lines.

What printing does that embroidery cannot

Full-coverage patterns, colour gradients, and photographic artwork. Sublimation dyes the polyester fibre itself, so the print cannot peel or crack, and it holds through repeated laundering. For a single small logo on a solid cap, embroidery is usually the better spend; for personality prints and pattern programmes, sublimation is the only serious route.

Fabric, artwork and quality

All-over sublimation runs on polyester-rich blends (the same used across our fabric range); screen and DTF handle placement prints on any blend. Send artwork as PNG, JPG, PDF or vector — the Design Studio can also build a repeat pattern from your logo. Every design is approved as a printed physical sample before bulk, and bulk is AQL-inspected against that sample.
