GoMedWear (“we”, “us”) is a business-to-business medical apparel manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through gomedwear.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, sample request, review or newsletter signup, we collect the details you provide: name, business email, country, product interest, order quantities and your message. Our hosting and analytics infrastructure may also record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which we use in aggregate to improve the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and line sheets, ship samples, fulfil orders, verify reviews against order numbers, and — only if you subscribed — send occasional wholesale updates. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business (for example email delivery, hosting, and freight/customs partners handling your shipment) and where required by law.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry and order correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and to meet export documentation requirements. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for completed transactions) by emailing sales@gomedwear.com. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.

International buyers

We serve buyers worldwide, including in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Gulf states and Australia. Where your local law (such as the GDPR or UK GDPR) grants you additional rights over your personal data, we honour those rights on request.
