These terms govern wholesale, private-label and OEM orders placed with GoMedWear, Sialkot, Pakistan. Placing an order or approving a sample constitutes acceptance of these terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the specifications, quantities and decoration stated in them. Orders are confirmed on receipt of the agreed deposit and your written approval of the pre-production sample. The minimum order is 100 units per style unless quoted otherwise; colours and sizes may be mixed within a style.

Samples and approval

Production begins only after you approve the physical sample (fit, fabric, colour lab-dip and decoration mock-up). The approved sealed sample is the quality reference for the bulk order. Changes requested after approval may affect price and lead time and require written confirmation from both sides.

Lead times and shipping

Standard production lead time is 15–25 days from sample approval, excluding freight. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and customs processing is outside our control. On DDP terms we handle export, freight, import clearance and duties to the agreed destination; on other Incoterms, responsibility transfers as defined by that term. Risk in the goods passes according to the agreed Incoterm.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders are payable by bank transfer with a deposit at confirmation and the balance before dispatch. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

Quality and claims

Bulk production is inspected against the approved sample using AQL sampling before packing. Claims for defects or shortages must be notified in writing within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and carton references; we will repair, replace or credit confirmed defective units. Normal commercial tolerances apply: measurement tolerance of ±1–2 cm against the size chart, and minor dye-lot variation within the approved lab-dip standard.

Design confidentiality and intellectual property

Your designs stay yours. Artwork, logos, tech packs, patterns and private-label branding you supply remain your property. We use them solely to produce your order, do not offer them to any other customer, and do not display private-label work publicly without your written permission. Equally, GoMedWear’s own patterns, style blocks, photography and website content remain our property, and you are responsible for ensuring that artwork you supply does not infringe third-party rights.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (including port congestion, carrier delays, customs holds and force majeure).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
