A new print includes a free sample (up to 2 weeks). A repeat print is one you have already approved, so it goes straight to production. Production is 15–25 days; air is about a week to the US and sea 4–6 weeks. Your written quote confirms the dates for your order.
What sells in each season
Valentine’s Day
Hearts, conversation-heart text and pink-and-red florals, with solid red, wine or burgundy pants.
St. Patrick’s Day
Shamrocks, clover and gold patterns, with forest, hunter or surgical green pants.
Easter and spring
Pastel florals, eggs and bunnies for pediatric and maternity units, with mint, lavender or ceil blue.
Nurses Week

Breast Cancer Awareness
Pink ribbon prints and pink solids through October, often ordered as matching sets for a whole team.
Halloween
Pumpkins, bats and candy-corn prints, often on black pants. Pediatric units favour friendly cartoon designs.
Christmas and winter

How to plan a seasonal range
- Print tops, keep pants solid. One pair of solid pants sells with every season’s prints.
- Start small. The minimum is 20 pieces per style, so a boutique can test three or four prints in one order.
- Add caps. Printed scrub caps in the same artwork are a low-cost add-on.
- Book the next season early. Approving a print once means reorders skip the sample step and save about two weeks.
- Use original artwork. We cannot print licensed characters or brand logos without the rights holder’s written permission.
Fabric and print method
All-over seasonal patterns are sublimated on polyester-spandex: the colour goes into the fibre and holds up to repeated washing. For cotton scrubs, choose a placed screen print, DTG or embroidery, because sublimation needs polyester to bond. See custom printing for every method.

Can I use one print for several seasons?
Yes. Winter snowflakes, for example, sell from December through February, which stretches a holiday print past Christmas.
Can you print our own seasonal designs?
Yes. Send your artwork, or choose from our seasonal patterns. We cannot print licensed characters or brand logos without the rights holder’s written permission.
Do you ship seasonal orders by sea?
Yes, for larger orders with time to spare. Sea adds 4–6 weeks, so the sea column in the calendar is the date to aim for.
