Custom Embroidered Medical Scrubs

Embroidery is how a uniform stops looking generic and starts looking like a team. Done well, it lifts a clinic’s professionalism and turns staff scrubs into walking brand recognition. Done badly, the logo puckers, fades or unravels after a few hot washes. We do it in-house, on the same garments we manufacture, so the branding is built into the order rather than bolted on by a third party.

What we embroider

• Facility and brand logos — digitised cleanly so fine detail and small text stay legible at chest scale.
• Staff names and credentials — individual personalisation (e.g. “Dr. A. Khan, RN”) for a polished, accountable look.
• Department or role labels — useful for fast visual identification on a busy floor.

Placement and finish

The standard placement is the left chest, but we also embroider sleeves, the upper back and pockets depending on the design and the statement you want to make. Because we control fabric and stitching together, we back the embroidery appropriately for knit and stretch fabrics so the design stays flat and the garment keeps its drape.

Built to survive the laundry

Healthcare garments get washed hard and often, frequently at high temperatures in commercial machines. We use colourfast threads and a stitch density matched to the fabric so logos hold their shape and colour through hundreds of cycles — not just the first month. This is the single biggest difference between factory embroidery and a quick local job.

Getting your artwork production-ready

1. Send your logo in the best quality you have — vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal, but we can work from a clean high-resolution image.
2. We digitise it into an embroidery file, choosing thread colours and stitch paths that suit the design.
3. You approve a stitch-out — a sample of the embroidered logo on the actual fabric — before we run the full order.
